The Outpatient Department (OPD) at ESIC Hospital is designed to provide accessible and efficient medical consultations for patients. Here is a detailed overview of our OPD consultation process:
1. Registration Process: Arrival: Upon arrival at the hospital, patients need to proceed to the OPD registration counter.

2. Triage and Waiting

Process:
Triage: Patients are initially triaged based on their symptoms and urgency. In some cases, preliminary vital signs may be checked.
Waiting: Patients wait in the designated waiting area until their number is called. Comfortable seating and amenities are provided to ensure a pleasant waiting experience.
3. Consultation with Doctor

Initial Consultation: Patients are called into a consultation room by the attending doctor or healthcare professional.
Medical History: The doctor will review the patient’s medical history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments or medications.
