OPD-check-in-appointment

At ESIC Hospital, we strive to make the OPD check-in and appointment process as efficient and convenient as possible for our patients. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process:

Before Arrival:

Ensure you have all necessary documents, such as identification, ESIC card, and any previous medical records or referral letters.

Arrival at the Hospital:

Upon arrival, proceed to the OPD registration counter

Provide the reference details from your local Dispensary

The staff will verify your details, update your records if necessary, and register your visit.

Token/Queue Number: You will receive a registration number for your consultation.

 ONLINE APPOINTMENT

Open the AAA+ app: Find the app on your device and tap to open it.

Log in: Enter your Insurance Number or Employee Number, and then enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number.

Navigate to Appointments: Look for the "Appointments" section and tap on it.

Book an appointment: Find the "Book Appointment" option and tap it.

Locate the dropdown menu for each category (Appointment for, Advice Type, Referral Mode, and Offline Referral) and select the suitable category for appointment booking:

    • Appointment for: Choose “Hospital”.
    • Advice Type: Select the appropriate advice type based on your referral.
    • Referral Mode: Choose the referral mode (offline).
    • Offline Referral: If applicable, provide details about the offline referral. Enter the following details Last visited date, follow-up-date, Choose MH-Phulwarisharif, patna (ESIC Hospital) Select Speciality: Choose the specific department you need to visit.

Choose date and time: Select a suitable date and time slot from the available options.

Confirm appointment: Review the details and confirm your appointment.

Receive confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

On the day of your appointment:

          Gather documents: Ensure you have your identification, ESIC card, and any relevant    medical records.

Check in: Open the AAA+ app and check in for your appointment.

Obtain check-in number: You'll receive a check-in number.

Proceed to OPD: Go to the designated OPD department.

Use token number: Use the last three digits of your check-in number as you’re token.

Wait for your turn: Wait for your token number to be called.

Consult with doctor: Once your token is called, you can see the doctor

Instructions

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
